Loan Items

The gloves we send to you will be in Grade A condition. They may have very minor blemishes only visible under close inspection. They are delicate so please take care of them and ensure they are returned to us in the same condition.

Outbound Shipping

All loans are shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed. We ship with Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard (delivers next day), let us know if you require a different service.

Return Shipping

For domestic returns, all loan packages include a complimentary preprinted Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label. Just affix this to the outside of the package and hand over to Royal Mail at the end of your loan period.

For international returns, the shipping of the package is the client's responsibility at the end of the loan period.

Deposit

A card pre-authorization is made as a security deposit against your order. This is a pre-authorization so no charge is made against your card unless your items are not returned at the end of the rental period. The value of the security deposit is £100 per loan item.

Please kindly ensure that the items are returned to us in the same condition they are received, and please ensure they are returned within the time window you specify.
